Well, another document has surfaced that has to be signed and mailed to the seller's before we can have the inspection, so we had to cancel today's appointment. The seller's realtor seems to get these documents to us one at a time, so our realtor is going to give him a call today to make sure we have ALL of the documents signed so we can proceed.
I am ready to get off of this roller coaster ride we are on.
