Thank you for the birthday wish, I'm sorry I didn't read it until today. Things were hactic here Christmas Day. I fried a turkey for the first time and it didn't go as planed but it was still good.
Well, I hope you didn't burn down the house. That would be a birthday and a Christmas to remember! Glad to hear you saved the turkey and it turned out ok. :)
